    Vindaloo

    Vindaloos are curries cooked with addition of potatoes and a touch of vinegar.

    Masala

    Masala is a traditional sauce that gets its’ flavor from the use of cream and a range of spices.

    Makhani

    Makhani gets the flavor from cream and a lot of butter (thus the nickname ‘butter’ dish) in a tomato based gravy.

    Kababs & Tandooris

    Delicious dish featuring exotic flavors of authentic cuisine, slowly cooked with yogurt -marinated meat in the tandoor oven.

    Bhunas

    Cooked in the juice of thin slices of fried onions, bell pepper, tomato, and garam masala (blend of ground spices) that result in a thick sauce

    Karahiwalas

    Similar to Bhunas but are cooked in an already fan fried, dice-chopped onions, bell pepper, tomato, and garam masala.

    Saag

    Saag stands for any leaf-based dish. For our dish, we are using spinach. Saag is a hearty and creamed meal with spices and onion gravy.

    Jalfrezi

    Style of curry made with marinated pieces of meat and vegetables.

    Chili

    As a delicious flavor from mild to hot; is marinated in soy sauce and peppers and lots of tomato sauce.

    Korma

    Simmered in a creamy fragrant sauce, kormas are rich in flavor, spices, cashews, raisins, and shredded coconuts.

    Jwano

    Flavorful broth type spiced with ajwain seeds

    Daalwala

    Boneless meat cooked in a thick creamy gravy of spices and herbs with the mixture of yellow and black lentil.

    Biryani

    South Asia’s most elaborate rice dish with a wonderful aroma. A mixture of basmati rice in spices, cashews, raisins, and shredded coconuts.

    Momo

    Tibetan Food. Originally from Tibet, Momo is now one of Nepal’s most popular dish. Bite-sized dumplings filled with meat or vegetables, wrapped in dough then steam cooked.

    Chau Chau

    Chau chau, a.k.a. chow mein, are wheat and barley noodles, lightly pan-fried with soy sauce

    Thukpa

    Originating from eastern Tibet and northern part of Nepal, Thukpas are noodle soup famous for the simple yet wholesome and nutritious warm bowl

    Stir Fry

    Cooked simple but has a fresh flavor due to the combination of vegetables stirred in soy sauce.
